Yes, Stronghold 3.0 users on Red Hat Linux x.x platforms (non Red Hat 
Enterprise Linux platforms) should use Stronghold Enterprise for UNIX 
Platforms (specifically Linux glibc).

Stronghold Enterprise for UNIX Platforms uses an installer similar to 
Stronghold 3. However, the underlying mechanism uses its own RPM library 
and database but this is mostly transparent to the users.
