Stronghold in RH EL 3.0?

The redhat website says that Stronghold is now included in Red Hat 
Enterprise Linux 3.0.

During installation it looks like there is no mention of stronghold.  
Just a (apache) web server.

After installation, there is no mention of stronghold, but apache is 
installed.  I assume this is "stronghold" just that RH has not branded 
it as such?

Is there any difference between getting Stronghold  (apache) bundled 
with RHEL versus getting Stronghold for RH?
