Problems loading SSL certificate

Hi Guys,

The server administrator who organised a new SSL key for my server is having
troubles loading it. Here's his (slightly obfuscated with blahs) console
log:

root@lcrext04# ./getca blah.blahblah.co.uk <

unable to load certificate

Any ideas on how to sort this one? He's been searching online so I'm
assuming google tells us nothing :)
