If you are referring to a Stronghold 3 Boxed product, you can register your
product through https://www.c2.net/us/register to activate your support and
gain access to your permanent licence block.  We are currently working on
the Stronghold registration page listed on your entitlement registration
information packaged with your product, so you may have difficulties
registering at this time.  If you have any additional difficulties with your
registration process, please feel free to reply to me or to call me on the
phone via 888-REDHAT-1, Ext 44225 from 7:30am-4:30pm EST M-F.  Once you
register your product, if you need to use your email technical support,
please feel free to email our support team via
