Change from Apache 1.3.24 to 1.3.26

I've looked at the changes between the vulnerable version of Apache and the
non-vulnerable version.  

I am not exactly sure how changing the name of the 'getline' subroutine to
'ap_getline' and changing the function type from 'static int' to
'API_EXPORT(int)' fixes the error.  I see they also changed the name of
'get_chunk_size' to 'ap_get_chunk_size' and change the function type from
'static long' to 'API_EXPORT(long)'.

We have a few older versions of Stronghold we will have to fix by hand, so
we are eager to determine what will need to be changed in the old versions
of Stronghold.

Am I missing something?  I see a lot of mod_proxy changes, but I'm not sure
how that will help.
