help in patching

Hi,
I need help.  I have Stronghold 3 build 3016 and am trying to apply the
Chunk Encoding Vulnerability Patch.  Got an error that says :
Hunk #1 FAILED at 1922.
Hunk #2 FAILED at 1978.
Hunk #3 FAILED at 2089.
3 out of 3 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to main/http_protocol.c.rej

And, I did not back up my http_protocol.c file! What should I do now?
