I found a ssl/CA file that wasn't copied over for the new version. After copying it and reloading the server everything started to work. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]]On Behalf Of Tom Barkanic Sent: Monday, September 09, 2002 1:58 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Stronghold upgrade SSL errors. I have just upgraded one of our Stronghold web servers to build 3019 and we are now getting SSL errors. The error that appears in the ssl/error.log is: [] [error] mod_ssl: SSL handshake failed (server www:443, client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) (OpenSSL library error follows) [] [error] OpenSSL: error:14094416:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert certificate unknown Has anyone seen this error before and know what the cause is? Thanks.
