Correct.

Build 3018 will protect you from the particular vulnerability being 
exploited by the slapper worm, CAN-2002-0656, see

Build 3019 covers those issues and one further issue in the ASN.1 library,
see http://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2002-184.html
