Can you check the MD5 checksum by running "md5sum sh-30-i386-unknown-linuxglibc2.1.bc3019"; the output should be: 02059a23fc91861791f08704f2d9e250 sh-30-i386-unknown-linuxglibc2.1.bc3019 If the command produces different output, try downloading a fresh copy of the installer binary.
