U2 and Marvell S-ATA chipsets

Hi,

Can anybody tell me in advance if the Marvell S-ATA chipsets (don't
know the exact type I have at this moment) will work with the U2 kernel?

Up to the latest non-beta RHEL3 kernel it did not work/was not recognized,
so I had to plug the drives to the on-chip Intel S-ATA chip, which was
working fine b.t.w.
