Additional driver request for RHEL 3 U7

Is it too late to ask that a driver for the Syskonnect/Marvell NIC's (80E8050 and 80E8052) be included in RHEL3 U7? For 2.6, RHEL4 U3 will include the sky2 driver, but this driver has not been back-ported to 2.4 (as near as I can tell.) Perhaps the Syskonnect sk98lin driver for 2.4 could be included instead?
