I would like to add that I'm in the same position as a lot of other people on this list - I don't want to pay RedHat for them to have a lot of support people sitting around waiting for a phonecall from me that will never be made. I'd like to have the software and a steady stream of neccessary updates for a sensible amount of time (3-5 years). That's all I need, and that's all I want to pay for.
