I think you'll likely see it the other way around - the missing bits
will be in the RHEL kernels. My simple logic is that the RHLP will be
the bleeding edge and things will be tested there first. New things in
the kernel will appear in RHLP, be stabilized, and eventually find their
way into the RHEL kernels.

I'm guessing it will look like the relationship between the current Red
Hat (consumer) Linux line and the RHEL line - it's just that that RHLP
will replace the current consumer line as the testbed.
