No :-)

It's about a previous post from Tom "spot" Callaway :

I interpret this like : For GPL program, the source is driven by the GPL
license and for the binary RedHat apply its own license (that is what
they want).

What you say is different :

You talk about "morality" and not about GPL. I don't see any problem in
RedHat selling free software. What I don't like, is that RedHat restrict
the use of free software in binary form.

This is not a good simile with the present issue.
RedHat do the same. They freely provide sources but sell binaries for
RHEL. A lot of project provide only source and no binary for each
architecture/OS. There is no GPL/BSD violation here.
But RedHat distribute/sell GPL/BSD binary and restrict (or claim to)
their use.
