SRPMS in the beta channels

Hi,

Since the beat does not provide a lot of devel packages, i have to resort to
rebuilding some packages from srpms. in the last few weeks i have learned,
that there are SRPMS missing in the channel (you get 404 error), and cannot
be downloaded. Right now they are

krb5-1.2.7-16.src.rpm : Error - 404 Not Found
vim-6.2.71-1.src.rpm : Error - 404 Not Found

but the list is dynamic - before SEP 2 it included

anaconda-product-2.9.5-3WS.src.rpm
apel-10.4-3.src.rpm
pump-0.8.19-1.src.rpm
redhat-release-2.9.5WS-7.src.rpm
redhat-release-2.9.5AS-7.src.rpm

I believe that there should be some check in place that would prevent these
from happening.
