compat-libstdc++

The RH7.2 for s390 distribution had a compat-libstdc++ RPM
which contained back-level libs needed by certain packages.
In particular, I am interested in:
  libstdc++-libc6.1.2.so.3
The same RPM does not exist in the Taroon beta2 for s390.
Is that lib in another package or can that RPM be added
to the Taroon for s390 distribution?  Thanks.
