Yep, this makes rpm (and in turn up2date) happy with the signed
packages.


> gpg --verify RHNS-CA-CERT.asc RHNS-CA-CERT
> install -b RHNS-CA-CERT /usr/share/rhn

This fixes the SSL connection errors problem with up2date and RHN.
