RE: cpint Package

What are the pre-requisites for compiling and installing cpint? I have not
yet installed any kernel sources and I remember something about needing them
when I tried to put cpint into my turbolinux system. 
 
Unless somebody has already developed a binary rpm for this taroon beta?
