Yes. The license agreement is online. RHEL ES Standard gives you
right to new versions. RHEL ES Basic does not. The relevant sections in
the agreement are B.3 and B.4. The same applies for WS Standard vs WS
Basic.
I would expect that the legal agreement trumps the mailing list posting
of a Sales Engineer :-)
