THANKS! applied this patch in openldap-2.0.27-10.src.rpm and rebuilt 
nss_ldap (without changes) solve the problem.
(my cert have subjectAltName)

questions: I must report this in bugzilla as new bug or add info in 
85728 (it is for rh9)
