i'm getting: Abuse of RHN Service

hello, sorry if this e-mail is a litle of-topic, but i don't know what if this is a
problem with RHN or with up2date, since to up2date version ago i start getting this
message and i was unable to connect to RHN.
i'm using RHN just to be up2date with RHEL-3.0beta and i'm using an slow connection (128kb/s)

i'm using a demo account and maybe RedHat is making a priority to real customers
or maybe is because i'm in cuba (cuba is one of the exclude contries)
those anybody are getting this error ?
