In the past Red Hat has put Alpha's and RC's to an exclusive group of
testers who are readying products or have a good record of finding bugs
and suggesting fixes for them. I am thinking that since there hasnt been
any RHN updates and RH is aiming for a mid October release, they have
gone into RC mode.

People who were on this RC release in the past were ONLY supposed to
post to a closed list. I think some people (in or out of RH I dont know)
may have forgotten this...
