Mount your ISOs - the release notes are on the first CD. As for timeline, those are never released for any Red Hat product - they ship when Red Hat decides they are ready. I've heard rumors that there may be a mid-October internal date, but it's just that - a target - and is *NOT* an announced release date. Red Hat will not slip late, since by definition there is no date to be late from. Red Hat is currently shipping beta 2. This is simply beta 1 with a bunch of patches that you can get from RHN. Unless you want to test the anaconda installer, there is no reason to install beta 2 over beta 1 - just make sure you apply all the updates. I've heard on this list that there will not be a beta 3, but I haven't heard anything about a release candidate public release either. -- Ed Wilts, Mounds View, MN, USA mailto:[email protected] Member #1, Red Hat Community Ambassador Program -- Taroon-beta-list mailing list [email protected] http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/taroon-beta-list
