Has anyone sucessfully built the RH ES CDs from scratch using the genhdlist, buildinstall, etc etc method? I seem to be running into a lot of gotchas when trying to build them (missing .BOOT kernel RPMS), buildinstall complaining on the 2nd internal pass that it doesn't have all the parameters it needs (and printing the usage line because of that), etc. My main reason for wanting to do this is to produce an install (1st) CD running the latest anaconda and kernel. Using the beta1 install CD on some systems we recently purchased, I've been getting odd problems on some kickstart installs over NFS, where on its first boot after installation, many of the file systems are corrupt. I'm pretty sure this is due to the hardware of the system, but a possibility is the kernel of the installer is causing the issues, and I want to make sure I'm doing the latest and greatest kernel and anaconda version (and closest to the production release).
