Pb with secondary keyboard

I have a portable, and when I use a secondary
keyboard, a bug appear during the utilisation. There
is no things before, and no regular delai time. The
capslock is inversed and numlock blocked. 
It's very strange....
If you have an idea, or an XF86Config configuration
for the secondary keyboard.
