Also the secondary PCI id (PCI:1:0:1) is just a place holder for the windows drivers. If you want to use singlehead or dualhead, you will need the primary PCI id (PCI:1:0:0) only. if you were only using the primary ID then you can ignore the warning. I believe that was fixed in cvs (all secondary ID's were removed from the radeon driver so it wouldn't try and claim them).
