The trick was Option "Buttons" "4".

   Section "InputDevice"
        Identifier  "Mouse0"
        Driver      "mouse"
        Option      "Protocol" "ThinkingMousePS/2"
        Option      "Device" "/dev/psaux"
        Option      "Buttons" "4"          <-- here
   EndSection
