RESOLVED: Dual Monitor setup with Radeon 9700

THANK YOU to Alex Deucher for his advice that finally fixed my problem.  
Apparently the default "VideoRam" device option is what was causing all the 
problems!

Here is my working X86Config, I hope it helps others who are having the same 
problem:
