Python binding to Fribidi.

Hello,

PyFribidi is a _very_ slim binding of fribidi to
python, it only binds the vis2log function.

(the .deb package is for sid and python 2.3)

Some time ago I got an email from Lior Kaplan asking
for help with Python and Fribidi, I found some BiDi 
implementations for Python (shfifon ...) but not
a direct binding to the Fribidi library. this is the
result of that email :)
