hocr 0.7.0 is released

hocr is a c/c++ library for Hebrew optical character recognition (OCR)
http://hocr.berlios.de/

This is the first release since the  Israeli Internet Association promise=
d a grant for the continued development of this free project.

hocr:

1. Reads Hebrew texts.
2. Reads and understands nikud.
3. Has C++, Python and Perl bindings
4. Can integrate with GTK and QT picture data structures.
5. Has command line, GTK and QT front ends.

Changes is this release:

1. Python and Perl bindings

add a progress bar to indicate the OCR progress.
