The thing is, that I added hspell to Fedora Extras, and do not like the pain of
maintaining two RPMS. You can dowload the hspell rpm using yum update, or
directly from http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/extras/4/i386/hspell-1.0-3.fc4.i386.rpm
or similarily.

I hope Nadav answered your question. See the man page were it says "The
multispell script supplied with hspell serves a similar purpose, with more
control over encodings and  which  spell-checker to run for non-Hebrew words."

I don't understand the question. Maybe it's because I don't know what the
"alternatives system" is.
