[Groff] A pretty usable right-to-left support for -mm macros

Maybe you will be interested by the quick set of macros I wrote for
typesetting right-to-left with Groff and the -mm macros:

The greatest things: right-to-left running over page breaks without
disturbing the header, and even... running over page breaks in two
column mode! Not all -mm features work, but for typesetting
text in two languages (left-to-right and right-to-left) you can really do
whatever you want. Regards.
