Hi Dov,
A lecture on how to use Inkscape or Gimp would be great - Gimp is
probably better. This is a user-oriented conference, so "how to install"
is out - too technical. i18n/l10n-Hebrew might also be too technical
unless you stick to the user-side view - that is, what software supports
Hebrew and what doesn't, why some software does not support Hebrew well,
who is doping the Hebrew support for various, and why there is no free
Outlook yet.

The purpose of this conference is to enable more users to use good but
quirky software like Gimp, to get the users, especially the organized
ones like the NGO's and the "gimlaim" talking to each other, and to
raise the issue of free software as a public policy issue.
