Hi all,

a patch I wrote to fix a bug I also reported in Firefox (in the developer's
tools) has recently been applied to mozilla-central. See:

* https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1205353

* https://twitter.com/shlomif/status/691593065086214144

The patch was already available and posted in December, and then I didn't
hear from them for a long time and figured out the winter holidays kept
them occupied. Then I sent a reminder about the patch to the bug tracker on
24 January, and it was applied (after some testing and reviewing) within 48
hours. I was told in the bug report that it "fell between the cracks".

So next time one should know to post a reminder quickly enough.

Writing the patch involved fixing the JavaScript UI code and also writing a
new test to check it (also in JavaScript).

I'm really happy that the patch got applied and I'm looking forward to
contributing more to Firefox in the future.

Regards,
