Hi, createrepo 0.9.7 has the options to change the checksum type deprected, and indeed some parts are hardcoded (for example using -s uses the proper sumtype for the meta-metadata, but still uses the hardwired sha256 for the checksums of the packages themselves). Would it be possible to keep this switch for environments that need to change the checksum types? I wonder how the fedora builders work that use sha256 and sha checksums for differently aged Fedora releases, are these different createrepos running in their own chroot? I'd prefer if possible a common createrepo that would allow choosing the checksum type at runtime. I'd also try to come up with fixes to 0.9.7 if there is interest. -- Axel.Thimm at ATrpms.net _______________________________________________ Rpm-metadata mailing list [email protected] http://lists.baseurl.org/mailman/listinfo/rpm-metadata
