createrepo 0.9.8 released

Hi,
  createrepo 0.9.8 is out. Lots of fixes for all sorts of annoying issues. 
Make sure you have a newish yum if you want to use it. 3.2.23 is the 
required minimum but 3.2.X head would be even better.
