Announcement - C implementation of createrepo

Hello!

I would like to let you know about my project - c implementation of the createrepo.

Briefly:
- Main target of the project is speed.
- It implements base subset of the createrepo params for now (see output of -h param).
- Database is not supported yet (but params --database and --no-database are accepted for compatibility).

Note: The project uses cmake. Compilation: cmake . && make
