sample repository metdata xml file

how does this look?

make any sense?
Things to consider:
 - including a checksum on each of the <data> elements
 - specific enumerated type for the 'type' on the <data> elements
 - remember <data> has an implied xml:base as an attribute - if it's not
   there just use the relative path attached to your current url
 - is there more common repository metadata that might be handy?
