updates

Uploaded the new createrepo - ver 0.3.3  - changes:
- versioned deps format
- package counts at the top of the files
- uncompressed checksum in repomd.xml

the rpm is built on fedora core 2

I also uploaded the xmlReader implementation of the import code. Found
