createrepo 0.4.2

Hi Folks,
 I just put out 0.4.2 - 

available at:
 http://linux.duke.edu/metadata/generate/


Changes:
 - open the rpm only once - produces some speed up - not a huge amount
but not bad.
 - fix for using -x for excludes rather than --exclude
 - man page - provided by Bob Kashini

That's really about it. A few more minor changes.

let me know if it is broken somehow.
