ok - so how does it work???

I can't get createrepo to work - sigh.

I created a little repository to test on, containing only one file.
Then I ran createrepo, but the resulting xml files contains no 
mentioning of the file.
Obviously I am doing something wrong - what?
(don 't min the header stuff - I need backwards compatability so I am 
using yum-arch as well)
