apt-rpm joins the repomd club

Just FYI, apt-rpm now supports repomd repositories as well. The code is 
available from http://apt-rpm.laiskiainen.org/ in case somebody is 
interested in a C++ implementation (although it just uses mixture of 
libxml2 Tree and Reader C API's for the task)
