createrepo 0.9.1

Hi folks,
 There were, in fact, an enormous number of problems with 0.9 from a few
days ago. We discovered a lot of them trying to use it to build a repo
for rawhide. A lot of bugs got fixed, the interface is made nicer and
separated a lot more cleanly and 0.9.1 looks much better in testing.
This version of the code should make it much easier to tie createrepo
into other interfaces for generating the metadata. Useful for web-based
interfaces to make repos.
