Perfect, thank you.

This will allow for updating/consolidating the reposervers first, 
without having to try to get createrepo and newer yum clients working 
on the rhel3 systems (which will be updated soon anyway).  Path of 
least resistance.  Thank you both, Seth too, for the suggestions.
