yum-priorities that comes with yum-utils 1.1.1 doesn't work either with
yum-3.1.6.
yum-3.1.4 was broken (when of resolving dependencies), so I didn't
bother checking it.
So perhaps some changes in yum 3.1.x prevents yum-priorities from working.
