yum 3.2.6

Hi folks,
 yum 3.2.6 is now available. Mostly bug fixes in this version. A number
of output changes which mostly just make it clearer whats going on when
yum says things like 'Nothing to do'. 

also added a 'cost' option to repository and global configuration

cost   relative  cost of accessing this repository. Useful for weighing
       one repo’s packages as greater/less than any other. defaults  to
       1000

In general I think 3.2.6 is a stability improvement over 3.2.5, which
wasn't bad either. :)
