Yum 3.2.11 released

Hi,
 Yum 3.2.11 is available and there are a lot of changes in this round:

Big changes:
- translations - yay Tim!
- compressed groups files are supported (in combination with a
soon-to-be-released createrepo)
- yum reinstall pkgname command
- multilib_policy: Read here for an explanation, also in the man page.
