Still no luck.
I'm sending the -e 10 -d 10 because it is rather short.

I have tried it with the epoch on there (1:1.2.4-11.14.el5_1.6) and that is a 
bit more interesting, because it does some checks only to declare that there is 
no such package.

As you can see, this is yum version 3.0.6.  I've also tried it on 3.2.8.
Am I still getting the syntax wrong?
