I downloaded and installed the following from RHN RHEL 5.2 beta:
yum-3.2.8-7.el5.noarch.rpm
yum-metadata-parser-1.1.2-2.el5.i386.rpm
python-iniparse-0.2.3-4.el5.noarch.rpm
yum-updatesd-0.9-2.el5.noarch.rpm

Once I did this, the GPG key installed cleanly (I had it referenced
in /etc/yum.repos.d/atrpms.repo as
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-atrpms).  I also removed the
key, changed atrpms.repo to use
gpgkey=http://atrpms.net/RPM-GPG-KEY.atrpms and it worked.  Both gpgkey
lines failed with the older yum.
