Hi, what do you make of this:

# yum -d 10 list
Loading "refresh-packagekit" plugin
Loading "skip-broken" plugin
Loaded plugins: refresh-packagekit, skip-broken
Running "config" handler for "skip-broken" plugin

string(s): --skip-broken

In any case that is the result, no matter what normal parameters I
supply, or even if I leave blank that would normally show the --help
gives the same error.

Can't have blown my fresh f9 install {original /home directory} already
could I ?

Happy to create a bug if it's not my fumbling ?
